As a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and integrating digital technologies—particularly GIS, FME and CAD—into Sweco’s multidisciplinary projects. You combine technical know-how with a people-oriented mindset and a natural feel for processes and innovation.

 

 

What you’ll be doing as a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant

  • Developing applications using mainly ArcGIS Enterprise software, in combination with other tools.

  • Managing and testing software, performing data management and dashboarding.

  • Advising and supporting colleagues and clients while overseeing digital projects.

  • Monitoring and implementing project procedures and governance.

  • Identifying new digital opportunities across business units and improving existing procedures.

 

 

What we’re looking for in a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant

  • A strong affinity with IT and a first experience with data analysis tools (FME, Python, SQL, ...), GIS, Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Curiosity about new digital technologies and how they can enhance project delivery.

  • A proactive mindset to detect digital opportunities in multidisciplinary projects.

  • Experience with networks and databases is considered an asset

Op welke locatie kan ik werken?

Met meer dan 25 kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen en Wallonië, zetten we in op nabijheid voor onze medewerkers en klanten. Dus er is zeker en vast wel een kantoor bij jou in de buurt. We streven ernaar dat onze kantoren vlot bereikbaar zijn met het openbaar vervoer of de wagen.

Onze teams hebben veelal een ‘homebase’ of werken met bepaalde dagen waarop het team aanwezig is op een specifiek locatie. Ben je op zoek naar een vertrouwde werkplek ? Ben je een beetje avonturier en ontdek je graag andere collega’s en kantoren?  Het kan allemaal.  Geen procedures of complexe login procedures.  Je bent welkom in elk kantoor. Je pc hoef je enkel op te starten en je kan meteen aan de slag.
