Sweco Belgium is seeking a master’s student with a keen interest in business administration, economics, or business development for an exciting internship opportunity. We are passionate about fostering innovation and this position involves developing a cutting-edge methodology to rank competitors using price and quality ELO rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze how to apply existing ELO ranking methodologies to the context of ranking engineering competition (per strategic market and/or client).
• Elaborate this methodology and develop a prototype in Excel or Access.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to test the developed methodology.
• Collaborate with the business development team and business units to incorporate their input and views.
• Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to convert the prototype to web based database for all divisions and with interconnections to our CRM system.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a master's degree with strong affinity for Business Administration, Economics, Business Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
