Your expertise will play a critical role in designing and supervising essential clean utility systems and process equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of engineers and project managers, turning complex challenges into sustainable solutions that redefine industry standards.

Technicalities: you will support project managers in the engineering, design, and execution of clean utility systems.
Evaluating different system alternatives and selecting the most appropriate equipment for user requirements.
Creating process flow diagrams (PFDs), process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and performing capacity calculations.
Developing functional specifications, interconnection diagrams, and selecting the right instruments and regulation loops.
Assisting in completing alarm lists, datasheets, and reviewing alarm settings.
Leading a design team to develop 3D models, piping layouts, views, and isometrics for construction.
Ensuring spatial coordination with other disciplines such as HVAC and electrical systems.
Submitting tender specifications at the end of the engineering phase.
Supervising contractors during the execution phase, ensuring compliance with client specifications and cGMP standards.
Organizing and overseeing system start-ups and validation processes.
Collaborating :with client departments and working on-site across Belgium.
What we are looking for in a Process Engineer:
Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in process engineering within clean utilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing and managing systems like CIP, SIP, sterile vessels, and bioreactors.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate alternatives and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Project Leadership: Experience in leading design teams and managing contractor supervision.
Communication: You have a good level of English and a profound knowledge of Dutch or French
