As a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and integrating digital technologies—particularly GIS, FME and CAD—into Sweco’s multidisciplinary projects. You combine technical know-how with a people-oriented mindset and a natural feel for processes and innovation.

What you’ll be doing as a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant

• Developing applications using mainly ArcGIS Enterprise software, in combination with other tools.

• Managing and testing software, performing data management and dashboarding.

• Advising and supporting colleagues and clients while overseeing digital projects.

• Monitoring and implementing project procedures and governance.

• Identifying new digital opportunities across business units and improving existing procedures.

What we’re looking for in a Junior Digital Solutions Consultant

• A strong affinity with IT and a first experience with data analysis tools (FME, Python, SQL, ...), GIS, Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

• Curiosity about new digital technologies and how they can enhance project delivery.

• A proactive mindset to detect digital opportunities in multidisciplinary projects.

• Experience with networks and databases is considered an asset
