For our activities in Wallonia and Brussels, we are looking for a Bid Manager / Commercial Manager responsible for the complete preparation, follow-up, and administrative handling of application and tender files.

 

 

Your role

 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the full follow-up of application and tender files in the context of public procurement. You ensure that each file is compiled, submitted, and monitored in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.

 

You will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Ensuring the complete follow-up of application and tender files for public procurement in Wallonia and Brussels
  • Compiling and tracking the files
  • Drafting methodological notes
  • Drafting TRF / ETR
  • Entering data into Sugar
  • Following up and updating administrative documents
  • Monitoring the quality, completeness, and consistency of the files

 

Your profile

 

We are looking for a profile that recognizes itself in the following characteristics:

  • Very good command of the French language
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Rigorous and accurate in execution
  • Able to work independently
